The cleaning tech was very professional and polite. Explained the cleaning products they use and the disinfectant sprays that I didnt know were all natural and child/pet safe! There is a visible difference in the carpet we had cleaned and installed from only a year ago! Smells and already looks great! Will be using there services again!

Team called to ask IF they could move up my appointment, and then arrived on time. Very friendly and efficient - they knew exactly what they were doing. Did not push me to buy other options (which has happened with other companies). Offered to help with extra little things. Very happy with service.

I had intek onsite to dry out my wood floor after my refrigerator died causing my ice maker to leak. Overall, they did a great job and were available within a few hours. There was some confusion around billing (I did not receive a part sheet). I got a call back from Kyle and he was able to quickly address my questions/issues. I greatly appreciate when a company has a responsive team that's willing to address questions/issues. Overall, good experience and would go to Intek for future needs. Five stars!

Intek technicians did a very thorough carpet cleaning. The carpet looks great! They really took their time. It is obvious that they take a lot of pride in the work they do and representing Intek. Taylor showed up at the scheduled time for my carpet cleaning!! This is always appreciated so I can plan my day. Taylor checked out my carpets and explained what he was going to do to clean the carpets as I did have some high traffic areas. Taylor also told me about their tile floor cleaning which I'm anxious to try to brighten up my tile floors. Once again my carpets look great as this is my second time using Intek and I appreciate that the carpets dry fast too !!

Intek did such a great job. My dryer vent was probably never cleaned since the house I just moved into was built. The dryer now works better than ever! Very professional staff that were friendly and super efficient.

The Intek crew Juan and Harold were very professional did a thorough job. They explained everything they were doing and showed me the results I cannot believe how much dust and debris came out.

This was definitely the right company to go with. They were efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. We had gotten quotes from a couple of different local places for cost and time for vent cleaning, and they were done in a little over half the time as quoted by the other guys for $110 less. Will definitely be going back for any further business.

Daryl and Taran were the young men who cleaned our carpets today. They did a magnificent job of cleaning areas that we never thought could look so good. We have carpet that is about 8-10 years old and it looks like new!! Al and Juan were very professional. They took the time to explain what they had done and showed me how much gunk came out of my ducts. Al even pointed out that I need a new furnace filter. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I would recommend Al and Juan if you are looking for duct cleaning services.

I was doubting how the carpet cleaning wouldn't work in my kids room just because there was all sorts of stains... when they have gotten bloody noses, markers, crayons, food, you name it they had the stains on their carpet room.. moving out of a 2 bedroom apt and having them do the whole floor they did an amazing job!!! The guys were really friendly and they talk to you as a person and convos about the situation was really of them to work hard to remove all stains! Really guys thanks for ur carpet cleaning services! They ensured proper treatment of a few stains, protected corners of floorboards, furniture, and doorways and also protected wood floor in entryway. My husband and I recently bought a house and found that the previous owner not only never cleaned anything in the house, but had never cleaned the duct work... ever. The guys at Intek came early and got right to work. Both were super friendly and even let me take a peek at the 20 year old filth that was living in our vents. Now my house feels super clean and smells 30000x better! I'll be using Intek again in about 5 years happily.

Juan and Harold did an amazing job of cleaning our ducts. They were on time, professional, courteous, and I felt completely informed about what was going to happen. They told me how long they would be here and left on time. They answered all my questions. Never seemed rushed or interrupted. I will definitely use Intek again and these guys deserve a raise! Juan and Dan did an awesome job. We live in a really old house (100+ years old) and our ducts have never been cleaned before. Juan showed me some before and after images and the difference was incredible. I especially liked the walkthrough, tips and insight that Juan offered when everything was done. The professional team from Intek have been great! I first had them clean the floors in our office space and then asked for a quote for our home. After the floor cleaning quote, I inquired about vent cleaning, which I called and scheduled. The teams were prompt and very mindful of expectations. Taylor worked so hard cleaning my carpet this morning in my lower level! I would highly recommend INTEK and any of their techs, but especially Taylor. I used to use other companies but approximately 3 years ago began using INTEK. I have never been disappointed. Their techs work harder than any I have ever used and spend a lot of time in doing so.
